Two Acoustics coming together

Final fret work.

After a week of playing, it was time to dial the guitar in.   We put the Tele in a neck jig.  Leveled the frets.  Then filed and polished.  The secret touch is to burnish the frets.  Metal smoothing metal. 

Nice name for a hair band.

Here is another Tele build.  Maple top and back.  Poplar middle.  Maple neck. 

Plays great, sounds like a tele.  Have to make some minor adjustments, but nothing major.

Final Assembly and Set Up

All the pieces fit together.  We had a little trouble with wireing.  We had a resistor sent with the pickup that confused the issue. When all else fails, follow directions.
